Las Américas International Airport - Santo Domingo (SDQ)

Las Américas International Airport (Spanish: Aeropuerto Internacional Las Américas) is a full service international airport located in Punta Caucedo, about 18 miles east of Santo Domingo, in the Dominican Republic.  The airport is the largest in the Dominican Republic and one of the largest in the Caribbean, handling over 3 million passengers per year through its air terminal. American Airlines is the major airline operating in Las Américas. It has 3 daily flights to New York (inbound / outbound), 6 flights to San Juan, and 4 to Miami. Delta has one daily flight to / from JFK and a daily flight to/from Atlanta. Iberia has a daily flight from Madrid, and Spirit Airlines has a daily one from Fort Lauderdale. Continental has during the week 1 daily flight to / from Newark and two on Sundays. US Airways has a flight on Saturday to / from Philadelphia. Air France also operates nonstop service to their Paris-Charles De Gaulle (CDG) hub several times each week. Jetblue Flies one daily flight from New York/JFK and Orlando starting March 2008. In 2008, New airlines and routes are expected to start flights as demand increases. The average of daily flights that SDQ provides is about 26 to 40 flights a day, higher than other airports in the country.

 Punta Cana International Airport (PUJ)

The Punta Cana International Airport is located just minutes away from all areas of the Punta Cana / Bavaro area.  Punta Cana International Airport welcomed more than 50% of all the Dominican's foreign arrivals in 2006.  It is newly renovated and expanded, with air-condidtioned interiors and large runways to accomodate all types of aircraft.  Airlines throughout the world have responded to the ever-growing popularity of the region as a a tourist and vacation home destination.

La Romana International Airport (LRM)

La Romana International Airport  is located on the southeastern coast of the Dominican Republic, adjacent to the tourist town of La Romana and the resort of Casa de Campo. The airport, which opened in December 2000, is about 68 miles from the capital, Santo Domingo. This Airport recives flights from USA, Canada and Europe. Other flights come from other caribbean islands like Puerto Rico and Cuba. The Airport is conformed by a main terminal with 4 gates, it has facilities for passenger and for the maintenance of the aircraft. This airport receives most of the private flights in the country.

Gregorio Luperón International Airport - Puerto Plata (POP)

Gregorio Luperón International Airport (Spanish: Aeropuerto Internacional Gregorio Luperón) also known as Puerto Plata Airport, is located in Puerto Plata, Dominican Republic. It is the Dominican Republic's second largest airport, after Las Américas International Airport in Santo Domingo. Capable of handling planes of all sizes, Puerto Plata Airport has benefited from being in an area with many beaches, which are popular among charter airline passengers. The popularity of the city where it is located has also drawn a number of regularly scheduled passenger airlines over the years.

 Cibao International Airport - Santiago (STI)

Cibao International Airport (Spanish: Aeropuerto Internacional del Cibao) is an international airport located in Santiago de los Caballeros, the Dominican Republic's second largest city. It has a modern terminal with some of the most advanced airport facilities in the country.  Since its inauguration in 2002, Cibao International has been projected to become one of most busiest airports in terms of passenger traffic in the country. Presently it has become the third busiest airport in the Dominican Republic, only being surpassed by the airports of Santo Domingo and Punta Cana.  The airport served more than 1 million passengers in 2007. While the passenger movements is increasing, the traffic operations is increasing as well, adding more frequencies and more new destinations.  American Airlines is the largest carrier at this airport and operates between up to six flights a day. They currently have two daily flights to New York City's John F. Kennedy International Airport, eleven weekly flights to Miami International Airport and two daily flights to Luis Muñoz Marín International Airport in San Juan, Puerto Rico.
