Spanning over two decades, Joe has built a notable reputation within the real estate industry. He is an accomplished real estate leader. Initially a top performing real estate sales executive, Joe pioneered one of the first RE/MAX offices in the Central Atlantic Region in 1989. Continuous effort eventually led his organization to become one of the single largest real estate offices in the RE/MAX network closing more than $400 million in sales annually. This gained Joe international attention and recognition by being twice named Broker/Owner of the Year.
Joe is passionate about raising the level of professionalism, sophistication, marketing strategy and creativity in the industry. During the technological revolution within the real estate industry, Joe served seven years on the Board of Directors for the Metropolitan Regional Information System during their formative period. A member of the National Association of Realtors, Maryland Association of Realtors and Frederick County Association of Realtors, Joe held leadership positions on various committees and boards.
Ambitious and driven, Joe has aspired to achieve greater success for himself and his clients. He embraces the challenges facing a changing industry and welcomes them as opportunities. As Vice-President of RE/MAX 100, Joe’s expertise was instrumental in merging three separate real estate companies into a single organization consisting of 450 Sales Associates in 9 locations with sales exceeding $2 Billion annually.
Joe’s continual improvement through education is evident. He is a Certified Residential Broker (CRB), trained mentor, certified mediator, and sales trainer. His particular strengths lie in strategic negotiating, marketing, sales training and management.
Joe remains focused on the process not the four corners of the agreement. Throughout his 25 year career, Joe has built a strong customer base and referral network. After discovering the immense opportunities in the Caribbean Real Estate Market years ago, Joe has redirected his energies help create a dynamic organization.
Joe supports multiple local charities, has participated in raising substantial funds for Children’s Miracle Network and regularly participates in “Christmas in April” home renovation projects.
